5 Pepper Chili (Mild Heat)

I tested this one out during the Eagles vs Cardinals debacle.

3 lbs Ground Beef

1 lb breakfast sausage

2 Bell Peppers

2 Fresh Jalapenos

2 Fresh Serrano Peppers

1 Pablano Pepper

2 Chipotles in adobo

1 medium onion

1/2 Tbsp Cayenne Dust

6 tbsp Tones dark chili powder

2 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp mesquite liquid smoke

1-15 oz can corn

1-15 oz can black beans

1-15 oz can chick peas

2-28 oz cans crushed tomatos

Brown the meat and drain off the grease.  Dice up the peppers and onions.  Throw all ingredients into a pot and simmer on stove until the peppers are tender.  (You might want to add a little water at the start to loosen up the mix and let it evaporate out at near the end of cooking.)
